The OAG encourages citizens to report any suspected cases of corruption, fraud, or misappropriation of public resources. We are fully committed to protecting the identities of whistleblowers and ensuring the confidentiality of the information they provide.

How Your Report is Handled

Prepare Your Report

Complete the form below. You may remain anonymous or provide contact details for follow-up.

Send It to the OAG

Submit the form to deliver your report directly to the OAG (info@oag.pl.so). Attach evidence files (PDF, JPG, PNG) right in the form, or email larger files quoting your reference number.

Review by the OAG

Reports of suspected fraud, misappropriation, or corruption are reviewed by the Office of the Auditor General.

Follow-Up

If you provided contact details, the OAG can reach you for clarification or updates on your report.
